What do I do if something is wrong with my order?
If something is wrong with your order, please let us know so we can make it right! We will gladly replace any damaged or wrong orders. Please take a photo of the packing slip along with the item and send it through Etsy's messaging portal or via email to admin@artisticaerial.com.

I changed my mind. Can I return my item?
Unfortunately, because all items are created on an order-by-order basis out of a professional print shop, we are not able to offer returns. Please order seriously.
Custom and personalized orders
Want us to change the font, design color or apparatus silhouette? We do offer personalization options, but there will be an extra $5 charge for customized orders.
Quick note to buyers: I am currently pregnant with twins. Super exciting times. Unfortunately, as I am preparing for this life change, I am unable to do 100% custom designs. I will still make small tweaks to the designs currently available.
What if I need a different size?
Please check our sizing chart before ordering. Because of the custom-printed nature of our product, we are not able to offer sizing exchanges. If you realize you might need a different size before your order is sent out, please let me know ASAP so I can get the information updated to my print shop.
